In addition to being the host/producer of Live. Love. Engage, I’m also a Self-Love Mentor, Energy Healer, and author of the international bestseller, “Live. Love. Engage. – how to stop doubting yourself and start being yourself.” Known as the “Light Messenger” for my ability to intuitively transmit multi-dimensional messages of love and light, I apply my signature L.O.V.E. Method with energy healing and coaching to empower over 50 women entrepreneurs and professionals to step into their highest potential with clarity and confidence.

The podcast provides inspiration and practical advice from a spiritual perspective for entrepreneurs and small business owners to help you live fully, love deeply, and engage authentically. My audience is primarily women entrepreneurs ages 30-60.

Share an experience that has shaped who you are today.

My life shifted after my older sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2015. Two months before she transitioned in 2016, I received what I call my divine download – it was the idea to write a book about love. It took me until 2021 to get that book published. It’s the same name as my podcast – Live. Love. Engage. I started the podcast in Dec. 2019 to help me write the book. I’ve been on this amazing spiritual journey ever since.

Tell us about your podcast audience.

My audience is comprised of women entrepreneurs in mid-life who want to grow professionally and personally. They’re on their own spiritual journey and are seeking ways to create an abundant life. They expect to hear tips that will help them be more successful in life and business. They appreciate the variety of topics that I cover.

What makes your podcast unique?

My podcast is unique because the experts I interview, and the solo episodes I record are designed to help women entrepreneurs live fully, love deeply and engage authentically. That allows me to present wide-ranging topics covering business growth strategies, including marketing & sales to personal relationships, parenting advice, and alternative healing methods.
