Street Curb Curiosity
with Richard Lewis
Introduce yourself.
I'm a retired 40+ year media/marketing guy who now enjoys doing a daily blog and a weekly podcast about the "weird things" we experience in life every day. The show is about what those voices say in your head...but now OUT LOUD. Fully self written/produced and recorded at my kitchen table. All promotion is also self written and totally organic. I do it for fun, for the laughs and for the conversation that follows the sharing of an idea.

"Don't strive to be like your heroes; strive to be what your heroes aspire to be."
- Richard Lewis
Share an experience that has shaped who you are today.
For one, I'm a boomer, been seeing "life" around us for a long time (63 years anyway). Some topics are about how things have changed...and some are despite the decades of age difference, we all experience, suffer from, enjoy and are disturbed by the same sh*t again and again.
Tell us about your podcast audience.
What they WON'T hear are any political opinions, no shouting, no telling anyone why they;'re right or wrong. They will hear an idea of some of the weird life events I see and experience; ask if they notice the same thing...and add a bunch of fun trivia and a sprinkle of dad jokes to put a smile (or groan) on the listener's face.

What makes your podcast unique?
In the past two years, topics have been sleep, cursing, coffee drinkers, pet peeves, dad jokes, standing in que lines, bike lanes, dog poop, being an introvert and so much more.
You got skills? We had some…once
Technology has changed us. At one time, we could read a map, write cursive…even remember a phone number. Today, what you know how to do is a lot different. What are you good at…today?
