Introduce yourself.

Eat Your Content is a podcast where food meets the stories that inspire and shape our culinary world. Each episode is a thoughtful, entertaining conversation that dives into topics like the role of food in pop culture, food safety, and how recipes and trends emerge from media, culture, and personal experience. As the host, I focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests to share their insights, expertise, or unique perspectives.

Our discussions are dynamic but approachable, often drawing connections between food and broader cultural themes. Whether we’re talking about food in a hit TV show, a pivotal documentary like Poisoned, or your personal journey, the goal is to keep things insightful, fun, and relatable to food lovers of all kinds.

Share an experience that has shaped who you are today.

I am a freelance food writer in Jacksonville, FL and my personal connections with the restaurant and chef community helped inspire me to start Eat Your Content.

Tell us about your podcast audience.

The listeners of Eat Your Content are a passionate and curious group of food enthusiasts, pop culture aficionados, and storytelling lovers. They’re people who see food as more than sustenance—it’s a cultural touchstone, a form of self-expression, and a way to connect with the world around them.

Our audience spans food industry professionals, home cooks, and casual foodies who love exploring the stories behind their favorite dishes and the media that inspires them. They appreciate thoughtful conversations, behind-the-scenes insights, and the connection between food and culture, whether through a blockbuster movie, a groundbreaking documentary, or everyday culinary trends.

They’re engaged, informed, and eager to learn from experts, storytellers, and creators who share their passion for the way food shapes our lives.

What makes your podcast unique?

I think Eat Your Content stands out because I look at food on TV and movies through the eyes of chefs. I go beyond the normal critical review of a TV show or movie and dig deeper into the food behind the show, the chef’s motivation of creating a particular dish that appeared on a TV show or movie.
