I’m Jan – business educator, revenue coach and the Host of No BS Business School.

I help industry experts uncover the blind spots in their business and lean into their unique gifts, so they can take intentional action to scale their online revenue.

My podcast is my love letter to the gusty, unapologetically talented female entrepreneurs who listen, to help them stay inspired and keep moving in the right direction as they grow the online side of their business.

It’s also where I share everything I’ve learned about turning a 20+ real world career into a 6-figure online business, and how the women who listen to my show can do the same.

I turned the art of buying someone a $5 cup of coffee into a $20 million career. I had a 20+ year career as an award-winning business operations strategist and professional fundraiser.

When I decided to follow my dream of being my own boss, I struggled to grow my online business following the generic advice that seems to dominate this market.

So, I went back to using the tactics that I know so well from the real world and transferred them into the digital space, and my business took off online!

Now, I share that knowledge with other experts to help them scale up their online presence, in a way that’s tailored to their specific needs, rather than following generic trends or advice.

And let me tell you, if you’ve been a subject matter expert in the real world, you have a massive advantage when it comes to the online game. Unfortunately, that edge isn’t being shared enough, so I’m here to help!

Everything I teach on my podcast and to my clients, is based on my real-life experience of being responsible for over $20 million in revenue in my career and working with every level of expert from Grassroots, to Parliament Hill, to Hollywood.

My audience are real world industry experts who are trying to navigate the online business world without losing their money or their mind in the process.

The women who listen to my show are driven to create wealth and legacy from their unique gifts and are looking for the fluff-free strategies and action steps to make that happen.

I have a deep respect for my listeners and know how incredibly talented they are in their specific niche. My goal on the show is to be able to help them scale the online side of their business in a way that’s tailored to their unique needs, instead of just following generic trends or advice.

I think what keeps them coming back is that they know I’ll always tell it like it is, and that I already know they’re an expert. They deserve to learn from someone who is as well.
